Betting Rules

  1. General Betting Rules

    1. Unless listed either in conjunction with the bet offer, or else in the Sport Specific rules, all bets should be considered valid for the result at the end of the "Regular Time" or "Full Time" only. "Regular Time" or "Full time" is defined as interpreted by the official rules published by the respective governing association. For example, in football, full time is stipulated to be 90 minutes including injury time, and in ice hockey gmlit is stipulated as the 3 x 20 minute periods. Should the governing association decide to stipulate, before the start of the event, that the said event is to be played over a different duration, this will be treated as being the official rules for the event (for example, Under 17 football played with 2 x 40 minutes). Nonetheless, such occurrence is limited to the "regular" playing time and does not include any prolongation such as extra time or overtime, unless explicitly stated. The exceptions are basketball, NFL and MLB, where extra time is included in the result that counts, unless otherwise stated.
    2. All bets placed are valid, and it is not possible to withdraw any bets. It is the customers full responsibility to survey all bets before placing and confirming.
    3. COMPANY reserves the right to deny the whole, or parts, of any bets for any reason.
    4. If a bet is declared void, stakes will be refunded and odds will be settled at 1.00.
    5. COMPANY reserves the right to declare a bet partly or totally void, at it’s discretion, if it’s obvious that the bet was placed or accepted due to an error in typing, matchups, odds/prices etc.
    6. COMPANY accepts singles on all betting objects unless stated otherwise. The maximum number of objects allowed in a parlay is 14.
    7. COMPANY does not allow parlays where objects affect each other. If such a bet by accident should be accepted, we reserve the right to deem all such bets void without notification. COMPANY reserves the right to cancel the whole parlay/coupon under such circumstances.
    8. Odds are subject to fluctuations, and might therefore be adjusted/changed. All bets will be settled at the odds offered at the time the bet was placed.
    9. The minimum bet is 0.10 EUR, unless stated otherwise.
    10. Where a multiple bet is placed with events with different maximum profit margins, then the lower limit will apply. Bets exceeding the maximum winning limits will be reduced to the maximum allowed by COMPANY.
    11. COMPANY will refund any stakes on non-starting participants in an event, unless stated otherwise in the sports rules.
    12. Dead heat rules apply if an event should see several winners. The odds will be divided onto the amount of winners.
    13. COMPANY does not allow bets on events where the customer is directly involved. Such might be players, referees, coaches, jury-members etc. If suspected that a customer have placed a bet on an event where the customer is involved, COMPANY reserves the right to cancel these bets.
      1. Live betting - where we have reason to believe that a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is known, or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team etc) we reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose.
      2. If for any reason we are unable to validate the outcome of a particular market (e.g. due to loss of live pictures), all bets will be void, unless settlement of bets is already determined.
      3. COMPANY will not be liable for any errors in respect of bets or wagers including where: (i) COMPANY has incorrectly stated the relevant odds/spreads/handicap/totals; Cash Out Amount; (ii) COMPANY continues to accept bets or wagers on closed or suspended markets; (iii) COMPANY incorrectly calculates or pays a settlement amount; or (iv) any error occurs in a random number generator or pay tables included, incorporated or used in any game or product.
      4. Incorrect Price - When an obvious error is identified before the start of an event, then the bet will be cancelled and settled as void and the customer will be informed via email by COMPANY.
      5. Incorrect Count/Line/Spread/Handicap/Total -Prior to the start of an event, during Live Betting or after the event, where an Obvious Error is identified any open bets will stand and be settled at the count, line, spread, handicap or total taken at the COMPANY revised price except for the following situations:
        1. Where a revised price is deemed less than 1.01 then bets will be void.
        2. Any bet placed on a count, line, spread, handicap or total where the outcome is already known when the bet was placed will be void.
      6. Where there is sufficient time before the start of an event, COMPANY will endeavor to contact the customer and may in our absolute discretion allow the option of cancelling the bet.
      7. Incorrect Fixture - Where the wrong player or team is quoted within a fixture name all bets will be void. Such determination to be in COMPANY’s absolute discretion.
      8. Wrong Participant - If a wrong participant is quoted for any match or event, bets placed on that participant will be void; other participants may also be void. Such determination to be in COMPANY’s absolute discretion.
      9. Late Bets - If for any reason a pre-event bet is inadvertently accepted after a match or event has commenced, bets will be settled as follows:
        1. If the event and market is covered for Live Betting then bets will stand at the revised price at the time the bet was placed (where a revised price is deemed less than 1.01 then bets will be void), unless the outcome is already known in which case such bets will be void.
        2. If the event or market is not covered for Live Betting then the bet will stand as long as the selected participant or team has not gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team etc). Where a material advantage has been gained COMPANY reserves the right to void the bet, win or lose. Any bet placed where the outcome is already known, including Live Betting, will be made void.
      10. When an obvious error occurs and/or is identified during live betting or after the event has finished, the bet may not be cashed out. If the cash out bet settlement value has been accepted in error, the cash out transaction will be made void and the bet will be settled at the COMPANY revised price. If subsequent attempts are made to place bets and cash out on the same markets, before the obvious error has been corrected/ identified then, the cash out bet settlement value and the bet will be made void.
    14. For bet settlements purposes, statistics of the league/ event official governing body will be used. In the case where no official league/event governing body exists and/or statistics of the official league/event governing body are not available and/ or there is specific evidence/indications that these statistics are not correct, bets will be settled according to the the statistics of COMPANY or/and statistics of COMPANY official data providers. In the case where statistics of COMPANY and/or statistics of COMPANY official data providers are not available for any reason, then independent data sources will be used for bet settlement.
    15. Postponed and suspended events which are not played/finished within 24 hours after its original starting times, will be deemed void, and the stake will be refunded. If an event gets interrupted after start, and does not resume, or stand with an official result – within 24 hours after its original starting time, all bets will be deemed void, and the stake will be refunded. The above mentioned rule(s) does not apply for Tennis. Tennis events will only be deemed void if they aren’t resumed or finished within the end of a tournament. The 30-hour rule does not apply for Qualification and "Winning a Trophy" markets which are offered for any Event. These markets will be settled as soon as the results of the Qualification and/or the Event are finally determined.
    16. COMPANY reserves the right to deem bets void if there are changes in the venue/arena of whereas an event will take place.
    17. COMPANY reserves the right to deem bets void if there are radical changes to event conditions, such as a team starting a match with less than the maximum allowed players, match duration, distance of a race, amounts of periods etc. etc.
    18. If COMPANY takes its own discretion, that you:
      1. have multiple betting accounts and / or use multiple betting accounts; and/or
      2. have acted in collusion with one or more persons and wagered by a number of different betting accounts on the same combinations of selections [regardless of whether the bets were placed individually or not, at different rates, or on different days] to try to increase the maximum payouts in compounds with multiple accounts, we reserve the right to withhold caused by such behavior gains.
    19. A number of bets may be treated as being one when a customer places multiple copies of the same bet. When this occurs all bets will be voided apart from the first bet struck. A number of bets that contain the same single selection may be treated as being one. When this occurs all bets will be voided apart from the first bet struck. The use of a "banker" selection or selections to get round betting/winning limits is not permitted. COMPANY reserves the right to void any bets when 1 single selection ("a banker") is combined with other selections to circumvent COMPANY’s online betting limits. When this occurs all bets will be voided apart from the first bet struck.
    20. Where a number of bets, involving identical or very similar selections, are received by different customers within a short time frame, COMPANY reserves the right to void all such bets, even after the bets have been determined.
  2. Rules and Guidelines on common Betting Types

    1. Fictive Matchups (Fantasy) Predict the outcome of a fictive matchup of two teams/ players in one round/ match for betting purposes only. The team/ player that scores the most goals/ points at her/ his round/ match is considered a winner. If the two teams/ players score the same number of goals/ points the result of the fictive matchup will be a draw. If any of the two actual rounds/ matches are not completed then all bets will be void.
    2. First / Last / Anytime Goalscorer/ To score 2 or more/ To score a Hat-trick Every effort will be made to quote player to score odds for all possible participants. However, players not originally priced up will count as winners should they score the first/last goal.
      • All bets always only concern the Normal Time played in the match. Own goals (based on the official organizing authority) do not count and will be ignored unless stated otherwise.
      • All bets on First Goalscorer are deemed void and stakes will be refunded, if the player enters the match as a substitution, after the first goal has been scored. In case the first goal is an own goal, it is ignored, so relevant bets on first goalscorer stand.
      • All bets on Last Goalscorer stand for every player that participates in the match, regardless the time he comes into the game.
      • All bets on Anytime Goalscorer stand for every player that participates in the match, regardless the time he comes into the game.
      • If a match is abandoned and there has already been a goal, First Goalscorer bets stands, while Last Goalscorer bets are deemed void and stakes will be refunded.
      • If a match is abandoned after a player has already scored then all bets for Anytime Goalscorer concerning that player will be settled as won. All bets on players that didn’t score are void and stakes will be refunded.
      • Bets in the "To score 2 or more goals" market shall be settled as won if selected player scores two or more goals.
      • Bets in the "to score a Hat-Trick" market shall be settled as won if selected player scores three or more goals.
    3. Player to Score/ Player Not to Score Every effort will be made to quote player to score odds for all possible participants. However, players not originally priced up will count as winners should they score the first/last goal. Predict whether or not a player in a match-up will score. The player has to start the game for bets to stand. If a player has already scored, and the match is later abandoned, bets will stand. Bets at the "Player Not to Score" market stand only for players that are part of the starting line-up of the team at kick-off. Bets on players that sit on the bench at kick-off will be made void. "Player to Score" market will be settled as void, in live betting, if the selected player in the wager does not participate in the match, after the wager is placed(for example a player gets substituted at halftime, and a wager is placed at halftime for him to score anytime and/or to score the next goal).
    4. Next team to score (Goal 1)/ Team to score the 1st goal Predict which teams scores first. If there is a draw option, this one represents no goals in the match. All bets on first team to score will be settled, regardless if the match should be abandoned later in the match, if there has already been a goal.
    5. Group Betting Predict which of the objects in a group that will get the highest final position/best finishing result. All gaming objects in the group have to start for bets to stand.
    6. H2H Betting (Head-To-Head) Predict which one of the gaming objects in the Head-To-Head who gets the best finishing result/position/points. Both participants in a H2H have to start for bets to stand, and at least one of the participants has to finish with an official result. Otherwise all bets will be settled at odds 1.00. For H3H the same rules apply, only in a H3H there will be 3 gaming objects/outcomes available.7
    7. Tripplehead (H3H) See "H2H Betting" as the same rules apply. The only difference from "H2H Betting" is that in a "Triplehead", three objects are set up against each other, instead of two.8
    8. Halftime Betting Predict the outcome at halftime. Halftime bets stand regardless if the match should be abandoned later in the match.
    9. Halftime/Fulltime Betting Bet on the outcome of a match at both halftime and fulltime. If a match is 0-0 (X) at halftime, and 1-1 (X) at full-time, the correct combination is X/X. If a match is 1-0 (1) at halftime, and 1-2 (2) at full-time, the correct prediction would be 1/2.
    10. Handicap Betting Predict the outcome of a match where a handicap is given. Handicap bets are on offer both with and without a draw option. If a handicap bet should end with a draw, and no draw-option was on offer, all bets will be settled at odds 1.00. If you bet Arsenal -1 home to Fulham, Arsenal is given a one-goal disadvantage, and therefore has to win the match by 2 goals, to win the handicap. If Arsenal wins the match with exactly one goal, the correct prediction would be draw. Split handicaps are also offered (ex. +/- 0,5 points). These handicaps do not require a draw option for bets to be decided.
    11. Handicap Table Predict which of the teams with its handicap advantage added to the achieved points that will get the highest total score. If you bet Milan+6 handicap, and they achieve 64 points in the league, they will have a total of 70 points. If Juventus with a +4 handicap, gains 70 points in the league for a total of 74 points, Juventus will win the bet.
    12. Total goals markets/ Half-time total goals/ Team Goals The markets that are are included in this category are Total Goals, Exact total goals, Goals Over/Under, 1st Half Over/Under, 1st Half Total goals, 2nd Half Over/Under, 2nd Half Total goals, Team Goals Over/Under, 1st Half Team Goals Over/Under. Predict how many goals there will be in a match, at halftime or from the relevant Team. For the above market the following rule applies: If the amount of goals has already exceeded the highest alternative available when a match is abandoned, bets will stand. Otherwise bets will be settled to odds 1.00.
    13. Match Betting / 1X2 Predict the outcome of a match. Match betting will be decided after regular full-time, unless stated otherwise.
    14. Moneyline Predict the outcome of a match where overtime, sudden-death, penalty shoot-outs etc. are included.
    15. Most Scoring Half Predict which of the halves that will contain the most goals. If there is a draw option, this one represents equal.
    16. Most Scoring Match Predict which of the matches on offer that will see the highest amount of goals/points. If a match should be abandoned, but still qualify as the match with the highest amount of goals/points, all bets will stand. Otherwise all bets will be refunded.
    17. Season H2H Predict which team or participant gets the highest final position in a competition. Play-offs are not included unless stated otherwise. The market will be settled according to the official standings of the governing body.
    18. Qualification/ Winning a Trophy Predict which team goes through to the next round of a competition or which team wins the Trophy. In qualification markets the following rule applies: Markets will be settled according to the official standings of the governing body. Any alterations at the standings due to disciplinary actions after the matches/league has ended, shall not be taken into account for settlement purposes. If a team gets disqualified from a league/tournament before the game and the opposing team gets qualified without playing, then all qualification bets shall be made void for this matchup.
    19. Time of First Goal/ First goal before/after 28th minute/ Early goal in match Predict when the first goal/an early goal in the match will occur. Note that the first minute is between 00:00 - 00:59 of the match duration. In other words, a goal made 28:18 will be reckoned as a 29th minute goal.
    20. Match Betting (1X2) Minutes XX:xx - XX:xx The market is settled according to the result of the match in the specified time frame that is stated at the market title. For example the Match Betting market minutes 00:00-14:59 is settled based on the result of the match between 00:00-14:59.
    21. Under/ Over and Totals Predict if the amount of goals/points of a match/event will be under or over the line on offer. If the line is 2,5 and the match ends 1-1, a total of 2 goals has been made in the match and the correct prediction would therefore be under 2,5. If the line is 2,5 and the match ends 3-0, a total of 3 goals has been made and the correct prediction would therefore be over 2,5. All under/over and point bets will be settled if they have already gone over the line on offer, regardless if the match is later abandoned. If not already over, bets will be settled at odds 1.00.
    22. Winner/ Outright Predict the winner of a competition/event. Bets placed on non-starting participants will not be refunded. On non-listed participants we offer odds on request. The market will be settled according to the official standings of the governing body.
  3. Specific Rules on Sports and Sidebets

    1. SOCCER
      1. Full-Time Result All match markets are based on the result of 90 minutes play (also referred to as Full-Time and normal time) unless otherwise stated. This includes any time added by the referee for injuries or other stoppages. This does not include extra time, or time allocated for a penalty shoot-out. The only exception to this rule is in relation to Friendly matches, which are not under any governing association, where all match markets will be settled based on the actual result when the game finishes (excluding any extra time), irrespective of whether the full 90 minutes is played, and Beach Soccer where markets are specifically settled on 36 minutes play only. Should the involved teams and/or referees decide to stipulate, before the start of the event, that the said event is to be played over a different duration that the standard duration of football matches (90 minutes), this will be treated as being the official rules for the event (for example, Club friendly football matches played with 2 x 40 minutes). If the format of a friendly match is changed for whatever reasons from two to three halves, then all bets will be made void.
      2. Extra time betting Extra time is defined as any scheduled period of play between the end of regular time (e.g. 90 minutes play plus any time added on for injuries or other stoppages) and the end of the game. Extra time Live betting Markets are settled on the official statistics for the extra time period. Extra time does not include penalty shoot outs.
      3. Matches postponed, brought forward or abandoned An unplayed or postponed match will be treated as a Non-Runner for settling purposes unless it is played within 24 hours in which case the bet will stand. Should any match be played prior to the date or kick-off time denoted then any such match may be included provided the bet is placed not later than the revised kick-off time. Any match abandoned before the completion of 90 minutes play will be void (unless the match is rearranged within 24 hours in which case bets will stand) except for the definitive bets the outcome of which has already been determined prior to abandonment, or unless the governing body has declared an official result in 24 hours time. In that case, Match Winner and Double Chance Markets are settled according to the official result (all other markets are considered void, unless they have already been settled). For example, first goal scorer or time of the first goal bets will stand provided a goal has been scored at the time of abandonment.
      4. Matches not played as listed If a match venue is changed then wagers already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed then bets placed based on the original listing will be void. We will endeavor to identify on our Website all matches played at a neutral venue. For matches played at a neutral venue (whether indicated on our site or not), bets will stand regardless of which team is listed as the home team. If an official fixture, lists different team details to those listed on our Website then bets will be void e.g. official fixture specifies in the team name, Reserves/Age Group e.g. Under 21’s/Gender e.g. Women.
      5. Settlement of wagers For bet settlements purposes, statistics of the league/ event official governing body will be used.
      6. Next Player to Score (Goal X) Bets at the "Next Player to Score" market count for players that are in the field at time of bet placement. In the event that the next goal that is scored is an own goal, then bets at the "Next Player to Score" market are lost. In the event that there is no goal scored after bet placement, bets at the "Next Player to Score" market are lost. "Next Player to score" market will be settled as void, in live betting, if the selected player in the wager does not participate in the match, after the wager is placed. (for example a player gets substituted at halftime, and a wager is placed at halftime for him to score anytime and/or to score the next goal).
      7. Correct scores Predict the score at the end of normal time. Own goals count.
      8. First player to score/correct score double (scorecasts) To win you must successfully forecast both the player who will score the first goal in a selected match and also the correct score after 90 minutes play. The Scorecast 0-0 and no goalscorer are settled as a correct score single. If your selected player joins the match after the first goal has been scored or does not take part in the game, Scorecast bets will revert to a single on the correct score. For first goalscorer purposes, own goals do not count, so in this circumstance, the Scorecast will be settled on the next goalscorer and correct score of the game. If the correct score is 1-0 and the goal is an own goal, Scorecast bets are settled as a correct score single. If a match is abandoned prior to the completion of 90 minutes and a goal has been scored, Scorecast bets are settled as first goalscorer singles. If no goal has been scored, all bets are void.
      9. Team first/last goalscorer Bets on players not taking part in the match will be void. Bets where the selection comes on after the first goal is scored for that team will be void regardless of whether the selected player scores in the game. Own goals do not count.
      10. Scorers Head to Head Both players must start the match for bets to stand.
      11. Time of the first goal If a match is abandoned after the first goal is scored then all bets stand. If a match is abandoned before the first goal is scored then all bets accepted for time bands that have been completed will be considered losing bets and any other time band which included the time band of the abandonment will be void and treated as Non-Runners. For settlement purposes the 1st minute of the game is from 1 second to 59 seconds. The 2nd minute is from 1 minute to 1 minute 59 seconds and so on. For example, if a bet is placed on the first goal to be scored between 1 and 10 minutes and a goal is scored at 10 minutes 49 seconds, the bet is a loser as this falls within the 11 to 20 minutes time frame.
      12. 12 Divisional betting Bets will not stand in case of a change in the official competition rules, during the competition, for example a change in the number of teams relegated. In that case, all bets on the market will be refunded. For settlement purposes, in divisional betting the finishing position of teams at the end of the scheduled programme of matches and after the Final official ranking results will determine placings (dead-heat rules will apply in the event of two or more teams tying in the standings (according to official competition rules)), and there will be no allowance for subsequent enquiries by the respective leagues. Bets will stand on any team which does not complete all of its fixtures. The only exception to this is for South American leagues, where a play-off is played to determine the league winner when teams are tied 1st on points. In this case, we will deem the league winner to be the winner of the subsequent play-off. If a team is removed from the league before the season has started, then all bets on that market will be made void. If a team is removed or excluded during the season, due to any external reasons (for example due to debt) then all bets concerning this team will be cancelled and settled as void.
      13. Top goalscorer (Longterm) Only goals scored within the quoted division in 90 minutes and extra time are counted for this market irrespective of the team (within that division) for which they are scored. Penalty shoot-out goals do not count. Only league goals count at the end of the scheduled programme of matches excluding the event where the market name is stated differently . Own goals do not count. Dead-Heat rules apply. Long term bets on players (Team Top Scorer in a Competition, Who will score the First Team Goal in a Competition) that do not participate in the Competition at all, are deemed void. For the FA Cup, goals count from the 1st round proper onwards.
      14. Season match bets/team points totals If any team does not complete all its fixtures then all match bets and team points total bets involving that team will be made void - win or lose, except from when the market has been already determined.
      15. Handicap betting, including Live betting (3-way) Settlement will be at the odds displayed using the actual score in the match adjusted for the handicap.
      16. Half time result, including Live betting Bets will be void if the match is abandoned before half time.
      17. Half time correct score Bets will be void if the match is abandoned before half time.
      18. Half with most goals Bets will be void if the match is abandoned unless settlement of bets is already determined.
      19. First half goals Bets will be void if the match is abandoned before half time unless settlement of bets is already determined.
      20. Half time - full time double result/ Second Half betting Extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count. All bets placed on outcomes to occur during the 2nd half (eg 2nd Half – Result, 2nd Half double chance), are valid only to the period between the start of the 2nd half and the end of the 2nd half. The start / end of the half is defined by the referee’s whistle which starts / ends the respective half. Bets will be void if the match is abandoned.
      21. Team to score first Bet on the team that will score the first goal in a series of matches that have the same official starting time. Bets on the team that scores first (before all the others participating in the series of matches) according to the the statistics of COMPANY or/and statistics of COMPANY official data providers, will be settled as won. Example: Which team will score the first goal in Premier League games that start at 17:00? Assume there are two matches starting at 17:00. Arsenal-Aston Villa and Chelsea-Reading. Arsenal scores at 17:05 and the official time of the match for that goal is 04’30". Chelsea scores at 17:06 and the official time of the match for that goal is 03’20" (due to delayed kick off). In that case all bets for "Arsenal to score the first goal" will be settled as won.
      22. Team to score the most goals/ Matchday total goals For settlement purposes, a matchday can also refer to a specific group of Matches played on a specific day and/or time, which will be clearly defined at the market name (i.e. Europa League matches on 16.2 with official starting time 20:00). Goals scored in extra-time or penalty shootouts do not count. All bets on the team that will score the most goals in a specific matchday will be settled as won. In the case of two or more teams scoring the same amount of goals, dead heat rules apply. For settlement purposes of the "Team to score the most goals" market, in the case where a match gets postponed/ suspended and is not played/finished within 24 hours of it’s original starting time, bets on teams that their match got postponed/ suspended will be made void, unless they represent one of the winning selections. If the matchday consists of six or less matches and one or more of them gets postponed and is not played within 24 hours of it’s original starting time, then all bets will be made void. If the matchday consists of seven or more matches and two or more matches get postponed and are not played within 24 hours of their original starting time, then all bets will be made void. In a case a match gets postponed/ suspended and is not played/finished within 24 hours of its original starting time, then all bets for the matchday total goals market shall be made void, unless settlement of bets is determined by total number of goals scored in ALL matches of the specific matchday (including suspended ones).
      23. Match specials Unless stated otherwise player specials are void if the player takes no part in the game. Bets are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes play. Extra time or penalty shoot outs do not count unless otherwise stated. Where more than one participant is quoted in a special, and Non-Runners are involved, the bet stands on the remaining participant(s) if a price is available. For the bet ’to score the team’s winner’ to be successful the player’s team must win by exactly one goal and the nominated player score the last goal. Regarding the market "To score the winning goal", the player’s team must win by exactly one goal difference and that player has to score the last goal. For a team to win ’both halves’ of a match please note that the team must score more goals than the opposition in both halves of the match. For a team to ‘win from behind’ they must be losing at any stage during the match but subsequently go on to win the match (in 90 minutes). For a team to score/miss a penalty all bets are 90 minutes play only.
      24. Man of the match Bets will be settled based on the result announced by the organizing authority (eg. FIFA for World Cup matches). Players who take any part in the match will be deemed ‘runners’. Players who take no part in the match will be void.
